What audit log does
- Every message: Each message is kept with every edit and the moment it was deleted.
- Attachments too: Pictures and files are kept with their messages, so deleted ones are not lost.
- Who did what: Bans, kicks, role and channel changes with the person who made them.
- Search it all: Filter by member, channel, type of event or date.
- Dashboard history: A separate record of who changed what in the dashboard, and when.
- Staff only: Only people with access to your server's dashboard can see the log.

/snipe: Show the last deleted or edited message in this channel, for staff/history: Show every moderation case for a member, for staff/case: Look up a moderation case, for staff
Questions
- How long is history kept?
- Messages, with their edits and deletions, are kept for 90 days. Server events are kept for 180 days.
- Can members see the log?
- No. The audit log is only visible to people who manage the server on the dashboard.
- Does it record voice?
- It records who joins, leaves and moves between voice channels. It never records audio.
